CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR GOODS RETURN AND SHIPMENT NONCONFORMITY
Goods returns: Should original unused goods be returned on or prior to ten (10) working days of delivery date, Seller will not charge Buyer a restocking fee. Should such original unused goods be returned after this period, with a maximum of six (6) months, Buyer shall pay restocking fee as describe hereinafter:
Fifteen (15) % restocking fee when no handling, cleaning neither repacking nor relabeling is required. Fee amount won’t exceed five (5) euros per item.
Thirty (30) % restocking fee when handling, cleaning, repacking or relabeling is required. Fee amount won’t exceed ten (10) euros per item.
Discontinued references cannot be returned by Buyer.
Shipment nonconformity: Goods, quantities and prices shall be deemed accepted within ten (10) working days after delivery to Buyer unless notice of claim is given in writing to Seller within that period.
Good returns whose total amount does not reach six (6) euros cannot be returned, except when information provided in Seller website www.vitesse-engineering.es is incorrect. Mistaken information appearing on paper catalogue but corrected on Seller website www.vitesse-engineering.es won’t be considered as reason for return.
Products presenting damages, signals of having been mounted or dirty won’t be accepted.
Products without original packing won’t be accepted.
Return goods can only be returned to Seller by Buyer if accompanied by Seller issued Return Merchandise Authorization number. RMA number shall be clearly indicated on the package outside.
RMA number shall be used in the following ten (10) working days after have been issued. RMA number will be cancelled after this period.
HOW TO PROCEED TO RETURN OR CLAIM
Buyer must fill in RMA form. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing of this request. Complete information shall be provided.
Each reference shall be detailed indicating corresponding reason of return.
Packet for return shall be prepared indicating on the outside of the box the issued RMA number and including inside the box copy of the purchase invoice. All products must be correctly packed to avoid possible damages during transport.
Package must be sent to the address indicated below. Buyer is responsible to arrange for and pay for freight to return the goods to Seller’s facilities, except in case of wrong information provided in Seller website www.vitesse-engineering.es, or shipment nonconformity, cases in which Seller will arrange collection in Buyer’s facilities.

In all cases, upon receipt of returned goods, Seller shall inspect the goods. Upon satisfactory inspection, credit note (less restocking fee if applicable) shall be issued to Buyer. Upon unsatisfactory inspection, Seller will immediately inform Buyer and put at the disposal the returned goods for collection.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR GUARANTEE
All products whose net price is superior to six (6) euros have a guarantee of two (2) years of the date of original purchase , with the exception of batteries, electrical products and wear products, hereinafter defined.
All batteries have a guarantee of one (1) year of the date of original purchase.
Electrical products, defined as goods included in electrical category of Seller catalogue, have a guarantee of one (1) year.
Wear products, defined as tires, brake pads and discs, clutches and seal kits, have no guarantee except in case of manufacturing defect.
Products whose guarantee has been accepted will be replaced by a new one.
*In case of unsatisfactory inspection of the goods, Seller will invoice Buyer transport cost.
The following situation will be reasons for unaccepting guarantee:
Products that show shocks, full or partial brake, physical handling.
Products broken in consequence of an insufficient protective packaging during return transport.
Broken products to an inconvenient use.
Guarantee goods can only be returned to Seller by Buyer if accompanied by Seller issued Return Merchandise Authorization number. RMA number shall be clearly indicated on the package outside.
Tires guarantee does not cover hernia (bulge on the sidewall of the tire, resulting from an impact).
HOW TO REQUIRE A GUARANTEE
Buyer must fill in RMA form. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing of this request. Complete information shall be provided.
Each reference shall be detailed indicating corresponding failure. Description as, not working, defect, etc, shall be avoided. Complete information is required.
Packet for return shall be prepared indicating on the outside of the box the issued RMA number and including inside the box copy of the purchase invoice. All products must be correctly packed to avoid possible damages during transport. Once prepared the package, Buyer shall contact Seller to organize collection, providing dimensions and weight of the box.
In all cases, upon receipt of returned goods, Seller shall inspect the goods. Upon satisfactory inspection, replacement of the product shall be performed. Upon unsatisfactory inspection, Seller will immediately inform Buyer and put at the disposal the returned goods for collection.
